How much does DutyOS cost?

DutyOS costs $75 per month. This includes access to every feature without restriction. Our price is designed to be as affordable as possible while keeping us afloat.

Is there a contract?

There are no contracts, but we do offer a small discount to departments who pre-pay for 6 or 12 months of service.

Is there an app?

DutyOS is available on the web, as well as apps for iOS, Android, iPadOS, macOS, and Windows.

Do you offer 24/7 support?

Our official support hours are 9am – 5pm eastern standard time, but often respond outside of those hours. You may contact support through the app or by emailing hello@dutyos.app

What is your uptime SLA?

We guarantee 99.99% uptime across DutyOS.

Will you help me set up my department?

We’ll be more than happy to help you configure DutyOS for your department. Just reach out through the “Support” tab in signed into DutyOS.

How long does it take to set up DutyOS?

You can begin putting DutyOS to use within minutes. That said, adding all of your vehicles, gear, and supplies naturally takes a little more time initially.
