Introducing dutyOS

Volunteer fire departments across the country work tirelessly—often on shoestring budgets—to keep our communities safe. dutyOS is built for people, not profit, and our pricing reflects that.

Recruiting & applications

Prospects apply directly through dutyOS, and are guided through the application process, from interviews to vote-in.

Member management

Upload contact information, certifications, and assign gear to your members, with an easy-to-follow paper trail.

Track member certifications

Track official certifications, such as EMT-B, or your internal training programs. dutyOS won’t let a renewal sneak up on you.

Manage duty crew schedules

Schedule regular duty shifts to ensure your department has full coverage, or allow members to simply check-in.

Vehicle management

Track maintenance, inventory allocation, duty shift sign-off, and incident management, because life happens.

Inventory management

“On scene” isn’t the time to figure out someone forgot to restock the aspirin—know your inventory.

Mobile applications

Check-in for your duty shift, sign off on your engine’s inventory, create an incident report for that broken headlight, and more.

Support for iOS, iPadOS, and Android.

Educational content for members

dutyOS helps your members learn through educational content. We’ll help you create documentation for your specific rigs.

Get access to dutyOS

dutyOS v1.0 will release in July, 2026, with core functionality; but not every feature listed above will be available at release. The above features represent the roadmap for 2026.

We’re offering departments 3 months of free access to dutyOS. We’ll work together to figure out what works, and what needs to be improved, and what gaps exist in the platform as a whole.

After your 3 month trial ends, you’ll pay a flat $59 per month—that’s it.
